Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

The Buyer agrees to pay $175 per week for a total of 16 weekly payments, amounting to $2,800 AUD in full. Payments will be processed automatically on a weekly basis.

2. Late Payments & Fees

Any missed or late payments will incur a 10% interest charge per week on the outstanding balance. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for payment processing.

3. Payment Plan Adjustments

If the Buyer wishes to request any modifications to the payment plan, they must submit a request in writing to Anne for consideration. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of the Provider.

4. Commitment to Full Payment

By agreeing to these terms, the Buyer acknowledges that they are legally obligated to pay the full amount of $2,800 AUD, regardless of course completion or participation. Early repayment of the total amount is permitted without penalty.

5. Termination & Non-Payment

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in suspension of access to the course and related materials. Continued non-payment may lead to further collection actions.

6. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with this payment plan, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
